Event design, production, fabrication, installation and hire

My Event Lab designs, plans, builds and installs event spaces, props and brand activations from our workshop in Rowley Regis, West Midlands (B65). One team and one point of contact, from first sketch to final install.

Design

Creative concept generation, 2D graphic design and artworking, 3D design and visualisation, digital design and spatial design. Every project gets a 3D visual to approve before production.

Production

Brief creation, client liaison, budgeting, research and sourcing, method statements and risk assessments, health and safety, on-site management and surveying.

Fabrication

CNC routing, laser cutting, carpentry and fabrication, 3D printing, small and large format printing, UV flatbed printing and spray painting, all in-house.

Installation

Delivery, on-site installation, styling, on-site management, de-rig and removal, and storage between events.

Hire

Bars, backdrops, props and plinths to hire, many of them customisable.

We work on weddings, private events, corporate events, product launches, brand activations, private dinners, photoshoots, exhibitions, pop-up shops and window displays for clients including TikTok, Primark, L'Oréal, MAC, Too Faced, Garnier and the Mandarin Oriental.
